Being in the now.

So many of us is always thinking about something down the 
road or something from the past. If we just take 5 mins a 
day to be in the now our minds will be more relax and when 
the mind is relax the body is too. So, if you can take 5 
mins a day to think about nothing but the right now. Maybe 
invite Spirit Loved Ones in and just tell your self (whet 
ever go's throgh my mind in these 5 mins is from my Spirit 
Loved Ones)and trust that it is.
